「照顧指南針」應用程式由香港政府的社創基金支持研發，具備家居跌倒風險掃描、專業照顧方案評估，以及智慧服務與產品配對功能，榮獲世界經濟論壇創新平台 UpLink 頂尖創新者 (Top Innovator) 及新加坡社科大學 Pitch for Good 2026 最高榮譽金獎。

Supported by the HKSAR Government’s Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Fund (SIE Fund), the Care Compass app features home fall-risk scanning, professional care plan assessment, and smart service and product matching. It was recognized as a Top Innovator on the World Economic Forum’s Uplink platform and won the top Gold Award at the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) Pitch for Good 2026.
